Are you stuck in your house because of the heat? I have a refreshing recipe that might help. It's called Sparkling Cantaloupe Agua Fresca, and it's perfect for summer. I made it earlier today, and it really made my day!

- 2 pounds fresh cantaloupe cubes (about 6 cups)
- 2 cups water
- 6 tablespoons freshly squeezed lime juice (from 2 limes)
- 3 tablespoons honey
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 2 cups club soda, chilled
- Cantaloupe melon balls or cubes, for garnish
- Lime zest twists, for garnish
Directions:
- In a blender, combine cantaloupe cubes, water, lime juice, honey, and salt. Blend until smooth.
- Strain the mixture through a sieve to remove any solids. Discard the solids and transfer the strained juice to a pitcher.
- Chill the juice in the refrigerator until ready to serve.
- Just before serving, add chilled club soda to the pitcher and stir gently to combine.
- Serve the Sparkling Cantaloupe Agua Fresca over ice, and garnish each glass with cantaloupe melon balls or cubes and lime zest twists.
