Spicy Beef and Bell Pepper Stir-Fry 4
Ingredients:
- 1 lb beef sirloin, thinly sliced
- 2 tbsp vegetable oil
- 1 red bell pepper, sliced
- 1 green bell pepper, sliced
- 1 onion, sliced
- 3 garlic cloves, minced
- 1 tbsp fresh ginger, grated
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp hoisin sauce
- 1 tbsp sriracha (or adjust to taste)
- 1 tbsp rice vinegar
- 1 tsp sesame oil
- Salt and pepper, to taste
- Cooked rice or noodles, for serving

- Cook Beef: Heat vegetable oil in a large skillet or wok over high heat. Add beef and stir-fry until browned and cooked through. Remove beef from the skillet and set aside.
- Stir-Fry Vegetables: In the same skillet, add a bit more oil if needed. Stir-fry bell peppers, onion, garlic, and ginger until vegetables are tender-crisp.
- Combine: Return beef to the skillet. Stir in soy sauce, hoisin sauce, sriracha, rice vinegar, and sesame oil. Cook for another 2-3 minutes, allowing the flavors to meld and the sauce to thicken.
- Serve: Serve over cooked rice or noodles. Garnish with sesame seeds and chopped green onions.
