Spicy Cilantro Lime Grilled Mahi-Mahi
Ingredients:
- 4 mahi-mahi fillets
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- Juice and zest of 2 limes
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tsp chili powder
- 1/2 tsp cayenne pepper (adjust to taste)
- 1/2 cup fresh cilantro, chopped
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Lime wedges for garnish
- In a small bowl, mix together olive oil, lime juice, lime zest, garlic, chili powder, cayenne pepper, salt, and pepper.
- Place the mahi-mahi fillets in a shallow dish and pour the marinade over them. Let marinate in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes.
- Preheat your grill to medium-high heat and lightly oil the grates.
- Grill the mahi-mahi for about 4-5 minutes per side, or until the fish is cooked through and flakes easily with a fork.
- Remove from the grill and garnish with fresh cilantro and lime wedges.
