⢠2 tbsp brown sugar
⢠1 tbsp rice vinegar
⢠1 tsp sesame seeds
⢠2 green onions, sliced

⢠Optional: sautéed vegetables (like carrots, zucchini, and spinach)
Procedure:
1. Heat the sesame oil in a large pan over medium-high heat.
2. Add the onion and cook until softened, about 3-4 minutes.
3. Add the garlic and ginger, and cook for another minute until fragrant.
4. Add the ground beef and cook until browned, breaking it up with a spoon, about 5-7 minutes.
5. In a small bowl, mix together the soy sauce, gochujang, brown sugar, and rice vinegar.
