After experimenting with different flavors, I've perfect the recipe for spicy parmesan popcorn that's guaranteed to spice up your snacking experience!

- 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 teaspoon chili powder
- 1/2 teaspoon paprika
- 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper (adjust to taste)
- Salt to taste
- Heat the vegetable oil in a large pot over medium-high heat. Add a few popcorn kernels to the pot and cover with a lid.
- Once the kernels start popping, add the rest of the popcorn kernels to the pot and cover with the lid. Shake the pot occasionally to ensure even popping.
- When the popping slows down, remove the pot from the heat and let it sit for a minute to allow any remaining kernels to pop.
- In a small bowl, mix together the grated Parmesan cheese, chili powder, paprika, garlic powder, cayenne pepper, and salt.
- Transfer the popped popcorn to a large bowl and sprinkle the spicy Parmesan seasoning mixture over the top.
- Toss the popcorn gently to coat it evenly with the seasoning.
