Ingredients:

Ingredients:
- 1 lb (450g) pork loin or pork tenderloin, thinly sliced
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon oyster sauce
- 1 tablespoon hoisin sauce
- 1 tablespoon chili garlic sauce (adjust to taste for desired level of spiciness)
- 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1-inch piece of ginger, minced
- 1 onion, thinly sliced
- 1 bell pepper, thinly sliced
- 2 green onions, chopped for garnish
- Cooked rice, for serving
- In a bowl, mix together the soy sauce, oyster sauce, hoisin sauce, and chili garlic sauce. Add the thinly sliced pork to the mixture and let it marinate for at least 15 minutes.
- Heat the vegetable oil in a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat. Add the minced garlic and ginger, and cook for about 1 minute until fragrant.
- Add the marinated pork to the skillet and stir-fry for 3-4 minutes until the pork is cooked through and slightly caramelized.
- Add the sliced onion and bell pepper to the skillet and continue to stir-fry for another 2-3 minutes until the vegetables are tender-crisp.
- Taste the stir-fry and adjust the seasoning if needed by adding more soy sauce or chili garlic sauce according to your preference.
- Once everything is cooked through and the flavors have melded, remove the skillet from heat.
- Serve the spicy stir-fried pork hot over cooked rice, garnished with chopped green onions.
