Hey fellow foodies!
Looking to add a little zest to your summer sipping? I've got just the thing—introducing the Spicy Watermelon Margarita!
It's a refreshing blend of sweet watermelon, tangy lime, and a hint of jalapeño heat for that extra kick. Trust me, this unique twist on a classic drink is sure to be a hit at your next gathering.

Ingredients:

Ingredients:
- 2 cups cubed seedless watermelon
- 2 ounces silver tequila
- 1 ounce triple sec or orange liqueur
- 1/2 ounce freshly squeezed lime juice
- 1/2 jalapeño pepper, thinly sliced (adjust to taste)
- Salt or Tajin for rimming the glass (optional)
- Ice cubes
- In a blender, combine the cubed watermelon, tequila, triple sec, lime juice, and jalapeño slices.
- Blend until smooth and well combined. If you prefer a smoother texture, you can strain the mixture through a fine mesh sieve to remove any pulp.
- If desired, rim the glasses with salt or Tajin by dipping the rim of each glass in lime juice and then in the salt or Tajin.
- Fill the glasses with ice cubes and pour the watermelon margarita mixture over the ice.
- Garnish with a slice of jalapeño or a small watermelon wedge, if desired.
- Give it a gentle stir and enjoy your spicy watermelon margarita!
