Ingredients:
- For the Snicker sticks:
- 2-3 Snickers bars (or any chocolate bar of your choice)
- 1 cup strawberries, hulled and sliced
- 1 cup milk chocolate chips (optional, for dipping)
- For assembly:
- Wooden sticks or skewers
- Optional toppings: crushed nuts, sprinkles, or coconut
Instructions:
- Prepare the strawberries:
- Wash and hull the strawberries, then slice them into halves or quarters, depending on their size.
- Cut the Snickers:
- Cut each Snickers bar into small pieces, about 1-2 inches long.
- Assemble the sticks:
- Take a wooden stick or skewer and thread a piece of Snickers followed by a piece of strawberry. Repeat until the stick is filled, alternating between the Snickers and strawberries.
- Melt the chocolate (optional):
- If you want to dip the sticks in chocolate, melt the milk chocolate chips in a microwave-safe bowl in 30-second intervals, stirring in between until smooth.
- Dip the sticks:
- Dip each assembled stick into the melted chocolate, allowing the excess to drip off.
- If desired, roll or sprinkle the dipped part in crushed nuts, sprinkles, or coconut for added texture.
- Chill and serve:
- Place the sticks on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper and refrigerate until the chocolate hardens.
- Serve chilled or at room temperature.
