Ingredients:
- 1 box white cake mix (plus ingredients listed on the box)
- 1 (3.4 oz) box instant vanilla pudding mix
- 2 cups milk
- 1 cup sliced strawberries
- 1 cup crushed strawberry Jell-O gelatin powder
- 1 (8 oz) container whipped topping, thawed
- 1 cup crushed vanilla sandwich cookies
Instructions:
1. Prepare and bake the white cake according to the instructions on the box. Allow it to cool completely.
2. Once the cake has cooled, use the end of a wooden spoon to poke holes all over the cake.
3. In a bowl, whisk together instant vanilla pudding mix and milk until smooth. Pour the pudding mixture over the cake, making sure it fills the holes.
4. Place sliced strawberries on top of the pudding layer.
5. Sprinkle crushed strawberry Jell-O gelatin powder over the strawberries.
