Looking for a delicious, fluffy omelette with a hint of sweetness? Tamagoyaki is a Japanese rolled omelette that's perfect for breakfast, lunch, or even a snack!

**Ingredients:**
- 4 eggs
- 2 tbsp sugar
- 2 tbsp mirin
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- Pinch of salt
- Oil for cooking

**Instructions:**
1. In a bowl, whisk together eggs, sugar, mirin, soy sauce, and salt until well combined.
2. Heat a nonstick pan over medium heat, brush with oil, and pour a thin layer of the egg mixture.
