- 1 can (15.25 oz) whole kernel corn, drained
- 1 can (14.75 oz) cream-style corn
- 1/2 cup butter, melted
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1 box (8.5 oz) cornbread mix
- 2 eggs, beaten
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions:
1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
2. In a large mixing bowl, combine the whole kernel corn, cream-style corn, melted butter, and sour cream.
3. Gradually stir in the cornbread mix until well combined.
4. Add the beaten eggs and mix until smooth.
5. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
6. Pour the mixture into a greased 9x13 inch baking dish.
