Treat yourself to a bowl of comfort with Tendon! Crispy, golden tempura served over a bed of fluffy rice and drizzled with a savory-sweet sauce—it’s the ultimate combo for a satisfying meal.

**Ingredients:**
- 1/2 lb shrimp (peeled and deveined)
- 1/2 sweet potato (sliced thin)
- 1/2 zucchini (sliced thin)
- 1/4 cup flour
- 1/4 cup cornstarch
- 1 egg
- 1/2 cup cold water
- Cooked rice for serving
- Oil for frying
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 2 tbsp mirin
- 1 tbsp sugar

**Instructions:**
1. Mix flour, cornstarch, egg, and cold water to create the tempura batter.
2. Dip shrimp and vegetables in the batter, then fry in hot oil until crispy and golden.
3. In a small pot, simmer soy sauce, mirin, and sugar to make the tendon sauce.
4. Serve tempura over a bowl of rice and drizzle with the tendon sauce.
