- 1/2 cup crushed corn chips
- 1/4 cup panko breadcrumbs
- 1/4 cup dry breadcrumbs
- 1/4 cup shredded Mexican cheese blend
- 5 teaspoons taco seasoning
- Dash of cayenne pepper
- 1/4 cup melted butter
- 1 pound chicken tenderloins
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Mix crushed corn chips, breadcrumbs, cheese, taco seasoning, and cayenne pepper in a bowl.
- Put melted butter in a separate bowl.
- Dip chicken in butter, then coat with the breadcrumb mixture. Press to make sure it sticks.

- Bake for about 15 minutes, turning halfway through, until the chicken reaches 165°F (75°C) when tested with a thermometer.
