- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 pound boneless, skinless chicken breasts or thighs, thinly sliced
- 2 eggs, lightly beaten
- 1 cup bean sprouts
- 1 red bell pepper, thinly sliced
- 2 green onions, chopped
- 1/4 cup chopped peanuts
- Fresh cilantro, for garnish
- Lime wedges, for serving
- In a small bowl, whisk together tamarind paste, fish sauce, soy sauce, brown sugar, lime juice, and chili paste to make the Pad Thai sauce. Set aside.
