  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 pound boneless, skinless chicken breasts or thighs, thinly sliced
  • 2 eggs, lightly beaten
  • 1 cup bean sprouts
  • 1 red bell pepper, thinly sliced
  • 2 green onions, chopped
  • 1/4 cup chopped peanuts
  • Fresh cilantro, for garnish
  • Lime wedges, for serving
Instructions:
