My rice noodles always seem to harden after cooking. Does anyone have tips for keeping them soft and supple? Really appreciate your help! 🙏🍲

Hey! 🍜 Rice noodles can be a bit tricky, but keeping them soft is doable! After cooking, try rinsing them with cold water to stop the cooking process, then toss them with a little oil to prevent sticking. If you’re adding them to a stir-fry or soup, add them at the very end so they don’t overcook. And if they still feel a bit hard, a quick soak in warm water before serving can help soften them up again. Hope this helps keep those noodles nice and tender! 🙏🍲

Rinse them with cold water after cooking, then toss with a bit of oil! ✨ Keeps them from sticking too. 😊

To keep the rice noodles soft, make sure not to overcook them. 🔥 Also, I recommend rinsing the noodles with cold water immediately after cooking them to prevent them from sticking together. 🍜 After that, toss the noddles with a small amount of vegetable or sesame oil. 😊

I think rinsing them with cold water after cooking helps. It stops the cooking process, though you might need a quick reheat later. 🍜❄️
