Shout out to my fellow basketball players out there! I think I found the best meal to be eaten after playing basketball. This is the Tofu and Avocado Sandwich which has been really a great help for me to recover my muscles and strength

Ingredients:
- 1 block of firm tofu
- 1 ripe avocado
- 4 slices of whole grain bread
- 1 tablespoon of olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Optional toppings: lettuce, tomato, cucumber
- Press tofu to remove excess water, then slice it into 1/4-inch thick slices.
- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat, then add tofu slices and season with salt and pepper. Cook for 4-5 minutes on each side until golden brown.
- While tofu is cooking, mash the ripe avocado in a bowl and season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Toast the slices of whole grain bread until golden brown.
- Assemble the sandwich by spreading mashed avocado on one side of each slice of bread.
- Place cooked tofu slices on top of the avocado spread.
- Add any optional toppings like lettuce, tomato, or cucumber if desired.
- Top with the remaining slices of bread to form sandwiches.
- Cut the sandwiches in half diagonally and serve immediately. Enjoy your nutritious post-basketball snack!
