**Ingredients:**
- 1 lb chicken thighs or breasts
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 2 tbsp mirin
- 2 tbsp sake
- 2 tbsp sugar
- 1 tsp grated ginger
- Oil for cooking
- Sesame seeds (for garnish)

**Instructions:**
1. In a small bowl, mix soy sauce, mirin, sake, sugar, and ginger to make the teriyaki sauce.
2. Cook the chicken in a pan until browned and fully cooked through.
3. Pour the sauce over the chicken and simmer until it thickens and coats the chicken.
