  • 1/4 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1/4 cup finely chopped onion
  • 1/4 cup finely chopped bell pepper (any color you prefer)
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • Optional toppings: lettuce, tomato, avocado, cheese, pickles, etc.
  • Hamburger buns

    Instructions:
  1. Prepare the Ingredients: Finely chop the onion, bell pepper, and garlic.
  2. Mix the Ingredients: In a large mixing bowl, combine the ground turkey, breadcrumbs, chopped onion, chopped bell pepper, minced garlic, Worcestershire sauce, Dijon mustard, salt, and black pepper. Use your hands to mix everything together evenly. Be careful not to overwork the mixture.
  3. Form the Patties: Divide the mixture into equal portions and shape them into patties of your desired size and thickness. Make sure the patties are slightly larger in diameter than your hamburger buns, as they will shrink a bit when cooked.
  4. Cook the Patties: You can cook the patties on a grill, in a skillet on the stovetop, or in the oven. If grilling, preheat the grill to medium-high heat and grill the patties for about 5-6 minutes on each side, or until they are cooked through and no longer pink in the center. If cooking on the stovetop, heat a skillet over medium heat and cook the patties for about 5-6 minutes on each side. If using the oven, preheat it to 375Β°F (190Β°C) and bake the patties on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper for about 25-30 minutes, flipping halfway through.
  5. Assemble the Burgers: Toast the hamburger buns if desired. Place a cooked turkey patty on the bottom half of each bun and add your favorite toppings, such as lettuce, tomato, avocado, cheese, pickles, etc. Top with the other half of the bun.
  6. Serve and Enjoy: Serve the turkey burgers immediately while they're still warm. Enjoy!
