  • 2 slices of cheese (Swiss, cheddar, or provolone)
  • 1/2 avocado, sliced
  • 2-3 tomato slices
  • Lettuce leaves
  • 1 tablespoon mayonnaise
  • 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
Instructions:

  1. Toast Bread: Lightly toast the bread slices to your desired level of crispiness.
  2. Prepare Spread: In a small bowl, mix the mayonnaise and Dijon mustard together. Spread this mixture evenly on one side of each slice of bread.

  4. Top and Serve: Place the second slice of bread on top, spread side down. Cut the sandwich in half if desired and serve immediately.
