Hey everyone! I wanted to share my go-to Seafood Boil Recipe—perfect for a family gathering or just when you’re craving something insanely good! It’s messy, spicy, buttery, and totally worth it. Let me know if you’ve got any tips or twists!

Ingredients:

🦐 1 lb shrimp (shell-on for max flavor!)
🦀 1 lb crab legs (snow crab or king crab)
🦞 1 lb crawfish (optional, but so good)
🌽 4 ears corn, cut into halves
🥔 1 lb baby potatoes (red or gold)
🌭 1 lb smoked sausage (Andouille is my fave)
🧄 1 head garlic (cut in half)
🍋 2 lemons (halved)
🧈 1 cup butter (because why not?)
🌶️ 3 tbsp Old Bay seasoning (adjust to taste)
🌿 1 tbsp Cajun seasoning (extra kick!)
🧂 Salt to taste

How to Make It:

1️⃣ Bring a huge pot of water to a boil and throw in the Old Bay, Cajun seasoning, garlic, and lemons. Let it simmer for 10 min.
2️⃣ Add potatoes and cook for about 10 min until slightly tender.
3️⃣ Toss in the corn and sausage—cook for another 5 min.
4️⃣ Now, add the crab legs and crawfish (if using). Boil for 5 min.
5️⃣ Finally, throw in the shrimp—cook for just 2-3 min until pink.
6️⃣ Melt butter in a separate pan, mix in a little extra Cajun seasoning, and drizzle that goodness over everything.
7️⃣ Drain and dump everything onto a newspaper-covered table (the only way to eat a seafood boil). Serve with extra lemon and dipping sauce!
