Hey friends, did you know lentils are quite the globe-trotters? 
Originating in the Near East, they’ve been a staple since prehistoric times. Fascinatingly, they don’t just excel in nutrition but also in history, being one of the first crops domesticated. These tiny legumes pack a mighty punch, offering protein, iron, and fiber in spades.
