What can I make with ground chicken?

I have around a kilo of ground chicken stored in my freezer and I’m keen to get ideas on how to prepare the meat. Any favorite recipes, or new dishes you all like to prepare? Of course anything that is new and has a potential for being tastefully good is worth a shot.
