heyya, I'm in a bit of a pickle trying to whip up some fried rice but ran out of vinegar. Lemon juice or lime juice could work wonders, adding that tangy flavor we all crave. If you're after something milder, apple cider vinegar offers a sweet zing. Got any other ideas?
