Fried zucchini is a total treat! First, slice your zucchini into rounds or sticks, then dip them in flour, egg, and breadcrumbs (seasoned with salt, pepper, and any spices you love—garlic powder is a winner! šŸ˜‹). Fry them until golden and crispy, and finish with a sprinkle of Parmesan if you’re feeling extra cheesy. Serve with marinara sauce for dipping, and you’ve got a crispy, crunchy snack!
 
I think a good batter is key! I usually coat mine in flour, egg, and breadcrumbs. Sometimes I add parmesan for an extra flavor kick though šŸ§€šŸ„’.
