Howdy foodies!! I'm looking for ways to thicken the mushroom soup. 🍄 Personally, I tend to reach for flour or cornstarch. They do the job well without altering the flavor too much. But I've heard some folks swear by heavy cream or even a bit of pureed potato for a creamy touch. Any other tips out there? 🤗
