Hello forum friends! 🙋‍♂️So, I've been craving bulgogi like crazy and want to make some at home. Been wondering, what's the best cut of meat for that perfect, tender, flavorful bulgogi experience?

I've heard different takes, but can't decide. Ribeye? Sirloin? Something else? Love to hear your go-tos and why 😃
