Ever pondered over the difference between a regular baked potato and its twice-baked counterpart? I guess it differs in the process of how it is prepared and cooked. How about you? What else do you think could be the difference?
From what I know, a regular baked potato is just, well, baked once until it's soft and fluffy on the inside. But a twice-baked potato involves scooping out the insides, mixing them with yummy stuff like cheese and bacon, then stuffing it back into the potato skins and baking it again until it's golden and crispy.
