I love making smoked salmon dip at home – it’s one of my favorites. The basic ingredients are pretty simple, and you can always tweak them to suit your taste.
  1. Smoked salmon (about 8 oz, flaked)
  2. Cream cheese (8 oz, softened)
  3. Sour cream (1/2 cup)
  4. Lemon juice (1 tablespoon, fresh if possible)
  5. Dill (1 tablespoon, fresh or 1 teaspoon dried)
  6. Capers (1 tablespoon, optional but adds a nice touch)
  7. Green onions (2, finely chopped)
  8. Horseradish (1 teaspoon, optional for a bit of a kick)
  9. Salt and pepper (to taste)

    Just mix the cream cheese and sour cream until smooth, then gently fold in the smoked salmon and the rest of the ingredients. Adjust the seasoning to your liking and chill it for at least an hour before serving. I hope you enjoy making and eating this dip as much as I do! 😉👍✨
