I'm really interested in what everyone puts in their seafood boil sauce. What are your essential ingredients and any special additions that make it unique? Looking to try some new flavors!
There are a lot of variety of seafood such as shrimp, crab, lobster, clams, mussels, and crawfish along with vegetables including corn, potatoes, garlic, and mushrooms.
When making seafood boil sauce, I use water or seafood stock to make the boiling liquid for cooking the seafood. I also use lemon juice to brighten the flavors and add acidity, and cajun or old bay seasoning to add heat.
