I've been hearing a lot about tanghulu lately and I'm curious about what goes into making it. What are the main ingredients and how do you get that perfect candy coating on the fruit? Any tips for a newbie trying to make it at home?

Tanghulu is made of fruits coated in a hard, shiny sugar glaze. You can make one bamboo stick with only strawberries, grapes, oranges, or any of your favorite fruits. You can also put various fruits on one stick.
