What's the difference between egg rolls and spring rolls?

Heyya! 🥚🥢 I've always wondered about the difference between these two crispy delights. What do you think is the difference of egg rolls and spring rolls? They both involve wrapping stuff up in a thin dough and frying it until golden and delicious, right? But there's got to be some nuance that makes them different. Does anybody care to share on this matter? 🤔

They look similar, but there are key differences ..Egg rolls tend to be thicker and fried, with a filling that's often heartier with meat and veggies while spring rolls can be fried or baked, with a lighter wrapper and usually just veggie fillings 😊 Think of egg rolls as the "meatier" option! ;)

From what I've seen, egg rolls often contain heartier fillings like pork and cabbage, while spring rolls lean towards lighter ingredients such as shrimp and fresh vegetables. But, of course, there's some overlap depending on the recipe. ;)
