Hey all, getting into the nitty-gritty on short ribs vs. regular ribs. Short ribs come from the beef's lower rib section, known for their meatiness and rich flavor, perfect for slow cooking. Regular ribs, like baby backs, are leaner and quicker to cook, often grilled or smoked. What’s your experience with these cuts?
 
Regular ribs, especially baby backs, are my go-to for barbecues. They cook up pretty quickly on the grill and are always a hit with friends and family. I find them a bit leaner, which is nice when you want something a little lighter but still delicious. 🙂🌸✨😉
