Hi! Recently, I have taken an interest in culinary and came across the Scotch eggs. Looks yummy nevertheless I am a bit scared to try making it at home😣 Can you explain how did you manage to get those crackers golden brown on the out side yet the yolk is still soft and flowing inside?🍳

Hey there! Scotch eggs are delicious, but I get why they seem tricky. 😊 The key is to start with soft-boiled eggs, so the yolks are still runny. Once you've wrapped the eggs in sausage meat and coated them in breadcrumbs, fry them at a medium heat. This way, the outside gets crispy and golden brown while the inside stays soft and gooey. Happy cooking! 🍳✨

Oh, Scotch eggs are so delish! 😋 To get that perfect golden crust and soft yolk, just make sure to fry them at medium heat so the outside crisps up while the yolk stays runny inside—works every time!

I think the key is soft-boiling the egg first, though—about 6 minutes, so the yolk stays a bit runny! Timing is everything. 🥚⏱️
