I'm on a quest for the perfect topping! Should I go for something creamy like queso fresco or something melty like cheddar? What's your go-to cheese for adding that extra oomph to steak tacos?

I've tried both, and queso fresco never fails... It doesn't overshadow the steak, and its mildness allows other toppings to shine. Go for it... you'll love the difference.
