So, I'm curious: what's your favorite global bean dip variation?
One of my favorites is Middle Eastern hummus; it's creamy, garlicky, and goes well with so many things. I also love Mexican refried beans for their rich and savory flavor, perfect with tortilla chips. Another great one is Greek fava dip made from yellow split peas; it's smooth and flavorful.
