Which amaro would you suggest using in a Paper Plane drink? Hi there, lovers of mixed cocktails! For a particular occasion, I'm considering making a Paper Plane cocktail, however I'm not sure which amara to use. Do you know of a certain brand or kind that complements another well? The classic amaro for a Paper Plane is Amaro Nonino Quintessentia It's got citrusy, herbal notes that play really well with the other ingredients But if you can't find that, Aperol or Montenegro are good alternatives!
