Hey there! So, which dish wins on the creaminess scale? fettuccine Alfredo or carbonara? This has been bugging my mind. Any thoughts?
 
Hey! Tough call, but I gotta go with fettuccine Alfredo. I mean, it's literally in the name, right? Alfredo sauce is all about that creamy, cheesy goodness. Carbonara's no slouch in the creaminess department either, with the eggs and cheese creating a silky sauce, but for me, Alfredo takes the crown. 🍝👑
