Hey everyone, I made up a batch of chicken thighs last night, but they turned out disappointingly rubbery. šŸ˜• Anyone got the lowdown on what might be causing this culinary conundrum? I seasoned them up nicely, gave a good sear, but still ended up with something more like bounce house material than juicy, succulent chicken. Any kitchen expert out there with some insight?
