I'm facing a challenge with homemade dinner rolls turning out excessively dry, despite following recipes precisely. I wonder if the issue lies with my oven or if I'm overlooking something fundamental. I'm eager for expert advice, as I believe bread should ideally be soft and fluffy.

Hellooo! When my homemade dinner rolls turn out dry, the first thing I consider is whether I might have overbaked them. Sometimes, it's easy to get distracted or misjudge the baking time, resulting in rolls that are left in the oven for too long. To remedy this, I make sure to closely monitor the rolls towards the end of the baking time, looking for that golden brown color on the outside and a slightly soft texture on the inside.
