I've noticed that Tonkotsu ramen has this creamy, milky broth that's different from other types of ramen. Does anyone know why that is? What gives it that unique look and texture? 🤔

Oh, that creamy, milky look comes from simmering pork bones for hours, breaking down collagen and fat – gives it that silky texture! 😎 it's legit fire!
