Hey, Everyone! šŸ¤© It just stumbled on my mind that why Caesar dressing is called "Caesar." I found out that it's not Julius Caesar but it named after Caesar Cardini, an Italian Italian-American restaurateur who imaginize the salad in his Tijuana restaurant during 1920s. He devised the original recipe with whatever ingredients he had, and it became an instant hit. The salad's popularity soared, and its unique dressing became global mainstays. How astonishing that some of the best meals can be made with a little creativity. I'm interested in hearing other fascinating food origin tales you may have šŸ„—šŸ˜‹šŸ¤©
