Why is my Christmas Crack soggy?

Hey guys, ever had your Christmas Crack turn soggy? I'm puzzled because mine did just that. Wonder if humidity or incorrect storage is to blame. Made sure it cooled down properly, yet it lacked that crisp snap. Anyone else faced this issue and knows how to prevent it? Would love some advice! :)

Hey! It could totally be because humidity is messing with the texture. Make sure to store it in an airtight container with some silica gel packets to absorb moisture. Also, if you used too much butter or didn't cook it long enough, that could contribute to sogginess too. Maybe try adjusting your recipe a bit next time.😊🎄

Thanks for the tips! 😊 I'll definitely give the silica gel packets a try next time

Soggy Christmas Crack is a bummer! Make sure to let it cool completely on a wire rack to maintain crispiness. Also, ensure the toffee reaches the right temperature when cooking. Hopefully, that helps! 🎄✨
