Every time I try making homemade mayo, outcome's always runny, not thick and creamy how I want. Been using fresh eggs, oil, bit of mustard, lemon juice, but no luck. Maybe I'm messing up emulsion process or ratio's off? Anyone got tips to fix this? Really wanna nail this recipe.

Hey, no worries! Try pouring the oil very, very slowly into the batter, add only one or two drops at a time, and whisk the batter with your whole arm while doing it. Similarly, ensure everything is at room temperature before you will start. Hope emulsion automagically work good! 🤗

Runny mayo can be a bummer! 😕 It might be due to not whisking it enough or using the wrong oil. 🥄💧 Try adding the oil slowly and whisking continuously. Also, make sure your ingredients are at room temperature. This should help thicken it up

I think your mayo might be runny if the ingredients weren’t at room temperature. 🥚🍋 Though, blending slowly and gradually adding oil can help thicken it up!

Hi. Probably the main reason homemade mayo turns out runny is improper emulsification. To fix this, ensure you slowly drizzle oil into egg yolk while whisking vigorously. Also, use room temperature ingredients and adjust the acid level to taste. Happy mayo-making! 🥪👩‍🍳

Your homemade mayo might be runny if the ingredients were not emulsified properly, often due to adding oil too quickly, using ingredients at different temperatures, or not whisking vigorously enough. 🥄🧄
