Help! My turkey stock always comes out really thick, almost like jelly. Is this normal, or am I doing something wrong? Any tips on how to get that perfect consistency would be awesome!
Your turkey stock is turning out too thick probably because of over-reduction. You might have simmered the stock for too long or at too high a temperature, so much of the liquid may have evaporated. Next time, monitor the stock more closely and avoid reducing it too much.

Your turkey stock might be too thick if you've simmered it for too long or added too much cornstarch or flour. Try adding more liquid and simmering it uncovered to reduce the thickness.
