Why's everyone into rye bread lately?

I've been seeing rye bread pop up everywhere and it got me wondering, why do so many people like it? Is there a special flavor or texture that makes it stand out from other types of bread? What's your personal reason for choosing rye? I’m really curious to hear what everyone thinks! 🍞😊

I think it’s because rye bread has a richer flavor and a denser texture than regular bread though 🍞👌

I like it is that rye bread is often seen as a healthier choice. It's packed with fiber, which is good for digestion, and it can even help regulate blood sugar levels. And if you're looking for gluten-free options, some rye breads are made without any wheat flour at all! 😉👍🙂✨
