- 1 red bell pepper, thinly sliced
- 1 carrot, julienned
- 1/4 cup roasted peanuts, crushed
- 2 green onions, chopped
- 1/4 cup fresh cilantro, chopped
- 1 red chili, thinly sliced (optional)
