Our Yogurt Berry Popsicles are creamy, refreshing, and packed with fresh berries. They’re a delicious and healthy way to cool down on a hot day!

- 2 cups plain or vanilla yogurt (Greek or regular)
- 1/4 cup honey or maple syrup (optional, depending on sweetness preference)

- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract (optional)
- Popsicle molds and sticks
Instructions
- Prepare the Yogurt Base:
- In a bowl, mix the yogurt with honey or maple syrup (if using) and vanilla extract until well combined.
- Layer the Popsicles:
- Spoon a little yogurt into the bottom of each popsicle mold.
- Add a few berries on top of the yogurt.
- Continue layering yogurt and berries until the molds are filled, leaving a little space at the top for expansion as they freeze.
- Insert Sticks:
- Tap the molds gently on the counter to remove any air bubbles.
- Insert popsicle sticks into the molds.
- Freeze:
- Place the molds in the freezer for at least 4 hours, or until completely frozen.
- Unmold and Enjoy:
- To remove the popsicles from the molds, run warm water over the outside of the molds for a few seconds to loosen them.
