I made this beefaroni last night, and it’s the perfect quick and comforting meal. It’s cheesy, beefy, and always a crowd-pleaser! Here’s the recipe.

Ingredients:
- 1 lb ground beef
- 1 small onion, diced
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
- 1 can (15 oz) tomato sauce
- 1 can (14.5 oz) diced tomatoes
- 1 tsp Italian seasoning
- 2 cups elbow macaroni (cooked)
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Cook the Beef: In a large skillet, brown the ground beef with the diced onion. Add garlic and cook for another minute. Drain any excess fat.
- Add Sauce: Stir in the tomato sauce, diced tomatoes, and Italian seasoning. Simmer for 10 minutes, stirring occasionally.
- Mix in Pasta: Add the cooked macaroni to the skillet and stir until well combined. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Add Cheese: Stir in half of the shredded cheddar cheese, then sprinkle the rest on top. Cover and cook on low until the cheese melts.
- Serve: Dish up and enjoy the cheesy, comforting goodness!
