I whipped up this melt sandwich, and it’s sooo cheesy and satisfying. Perfect for a quick lunch or snack!

Ingredients:
- 2 slices of bread (your choice)
- 2 slices of cheese (cheddar, Swiss, or American)
- 4 slices of deli meat (turkey, ham, or roast beef)
- 1 tbsp butter
- 1 tsp Dijon mustard (optional)
- 1/4 cup caramelized onions (optional)
- Assemble the Sandwich: Spread mustard on one slice of bread. Layer with deli meat, cheese, and caramelized onions if using. Top with the second slice of bread.
- Cook the Sandwich: Heat a skillet over medium heat. Spread butter on the outside of the sandwich, and cook until both sides are golden and the cheese is melted, about 3-4 minutes per side.
- Serve: Slice in half and enjoy!
