Ingredients:
For the Crust:
- 25 Oreo cookies
- 1/4 cup melted butter
- 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup powdered sugar
- 2 cups heavy whipping cream
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 15 Oreo cookies, crushed
- Whipped cream (store-bought or homemade)
- Extra Oreo cookies, for garnish
- Prepare the Crust:
- Place the Oreo cookies in a food processor and pulse until they are fine crumbs.
- Add the melted butter and pulse until the mixture resembles wet sand.
- Press the Oreo mixture firmly into the bottom and up the sides of a 9-inch pie dish. Make sure it's evenly distributed.
- Place the crust in the refrigerator to set while you prepare the filling.
- Make the Filling:
- In a large mixing bowl, beat the softened cream cheese until smooth and creamy.
- Gradually add the powdered sugar and continue to beat until well combined.
- In a separate bowl, whip the heavy whipping cream and vanilla extract until stiff peaks form.
- Gently fold the whipped cream into the cream cheese mixture until fully combined.
- Fold in the crushed Oreos, ensuring they're evenly distributed.
- Assemble the Pie:
- Spoon the filling into the prepared crust, spreading it out evenly.
- Smooth the top with a spatula.
- Chill the Pie:
- Refrigerate the pie for at least 4 hours, or until fully set. For best results, let it chill overnight.
- Serve:
- Before serving, top the pie with whipped cream and garnish with extra Oreo cookies.
- Slice, serve, and enjoy the Oreo bliss!
